şifremi unuttumda üyeye şifresi gitmiyor

şifremi unuttum denildiğinde üyeye şifresi gitmiyor siteden üyeye gelen gelen mailde şifre yada herhangi birşey gözükmüyor. sadece mağazanın logosu olan boş bir mail geliyor.
 
mails/tr/password.html ve .txt yi burdan paylaşabilirmisin?
 
password.html dosyası şu şekilde ama password.txt dosyasında hiçbirşey yok.

panel de müşteriler kısmında bütün üyeler gözüküyor ama girdikleri şifreleri göremiyorum,şifre kutucuğunda birşey yazmıyor.
